2. Delivery and compliance documentation services
Simultaneously deliver COA quality inspection report, MSDS safety technical manual, outbound traceability ledger, safety storage and transportation instructions, formal invoicing and compliance filing materials with the goods; Assist in arrival inspection, sampling and re inspection, storage zoning and stacking, temperature and humidity control, and taboo isolation guidance, with batch traceability throughout the entire process.
3. On site technical support services
Free on-site process briefing, feeding ratio, working condition parameter debugging, temperature/PH/mixing control guidance; Provide anti-corrosion and anti blocking optimization suggestions for materials such as storage tanks, pipelines, and pump bodies; Conduct on-site personnel safety operation, PPE protection, emergency response, and hazardous waste compliance training as needed, and keep attendance records.
4. Response time guarantee
Regular technical consultation: A dedicated person will respond within 2 hours
Quality/Safety Emergency Exception: Emergency response activated within 30 minutes, on-site disposal within 24 hours in the same city/nearby area
Establish emergency supply inventory for core customers, open emergency priority production scheduling and expedited distribution channels
5. Closed loop handling of quality objections
Establish a standardized customer complaint process: registration and filing → image sample collection → joint re inspection (in factory/third-party) → cause analysis → rectification and implementation → exchange/replenishment/refund → issuance of closure report+long-term preventive measures. We are responsible for the batch, packaging, and transportation of the goods, and will provide free returns and exchanges, as well as bear compliance disposal and logistics costs.
6. Regular inspection and operation follow-up
Follow up on a weekly basis during the new production phase, conduct regular monthly follow-up visits and quarterly on-site inspections, and form written inspection records; Regularly warn about the shelf life and optimal usage cycle of materials, and guide first in, first out operations; Assist clients in standardizing the temporary storage, classification labeling, and ledger filling of hazardous waste, in compliance with safety and environmental control requirements.
7. 7 × 24 emergency and dedicated docking
Establish a 24/7 emergency contact line, provide remote real-time risk control guidance for leaks, compatibility abnormalities, and sudden emergencies, and dispatch safety technical experts to the scene simultaneously for major accidents; Configure a one-to-one fixed after-sales contact person, with unified management of orders, logistics, technology, reconciliation, and anomalies, and establish a lifelong customer service file.
8. Compliance Disclaimer
Due to Party A's unauthorized changes to process parameters, illegal mixing of prohibited materials, use of non-standard equipment, and failure to operate in accordance with safety regulations, resulting in losses, we only provide technical advice and do not assume any liability for compensation; Refuse all non compliant operations throughout the process and strictly adhere to the safety and environmental protection red line.
9. Final Commitment
